Gach Eolas/About Coláiste na Rosann
Tá Coláiste na Rosann cláraithe mar Choláiste Gaeilge leis an Roinn Oideachas agus Eoláiochta, le Roinn na Gaeltachta agus le CONCOS. Tá Coláiste na Rosann suite i gcroí-lár na Gaeltachta in Anagaire, Co. Dhún na nGall. Is ea Seosamh Ó Duibheannaigh, BA, ATO, MBA a bhunaigh an choláiste in 1990.
Coláiste na Rosann is registered and approved as a Gaeltacht College with the Department of Education and Skills. All guesthouses are approved by Roinn na Gaeltachta. Coláiste na Rosann is a registered member of CONCOS – the umbrella organisation for Irish Colleges.
Coláiste na Rosann Gaeltacht Coláiste is situated in the village of Anagaire (Annagry), West Donegal. Coláiste na Rosann was founded by Principal Teacher, Seosamh Ó Duibheannaigh, B.A.(Hons), H.Dip.in Ed, MBA.
The team here at Coláiste na Rosann are specialists in providing courses to Primary and Second level students in Irish Language instruction in a fun and enjoyable environment.
Surrounded by mountains and sea, the village of Anagaire, in the heart of the Rosses, constitutes part of the largest and arguably the purest Gaeltacht region in the country. Gaeilge – our native tongue and one of the oldest surviving European languages – is the predominant language of the people of the area.
